I work on my own from my office here in South Devon but make visits to clients when necessary, for meetings and to collect source material. For all other communications, I use telephone and email. Any courses I run are at my clients' venues.

I log all the time I spend working on your job - you are not charged for overheads such as checking email, non-work telephone calls and coffee breaks - so you get everything you pay for. If you need a time and service billing though, I can include one with your invoice.
